• Before your team arrives for your scheduled cleaning, please remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces – this includes clothing, kid's toys and dishes in the kitchen sink.
• Find a good spot for your pets so they're safe and secure while we clean.
• Communicate any question or special request in advance.
• Secure fragile items.
• If payment has not already been arranged, leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter.

It's important to declutter your home before we arrive, but no need to spend any time cleaning.

Before our time arrival, we'll review the details of your cleaning plan. We know most customers are either at work or busy with other plans when we clean, so it's quite common for them to provide us with their garage code or a spare key, but if you don't feel comfortable leaving us with a key or garage door code, please make sure someone is home during your scheduled cleaning time.

If something comes up that causes a conflict in your cleaning schedule, simply give us a call. We appreciate a 72-hour notice, but understand that some situations are unavoidable.

When shorter notice is given, however, we may charge a small fee.

Even if you're home when we arrive, we will happily work around you, allowing you to carry out your normal activities. If you're not home, our team will dust, vacuum, and scrub while you're out going about your day.

We work Mondays through Fridays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. We know two homes are not the same, our teams spend the time needed to provide you with the best possible results.

Another thing to consider: We don't move large pieces of heavy furniture. So, if you want us to clean behind your large sofa, you will need to pull it away from the wall. Of course these are all tasks which can be negotiated into your contract, but are not considered part of regular weekly cleaning jobs. When more advanced cleaning tasks come up, you may want to consider adding on a specialty service like deep cleaning; move in and move out; or seasonal cleaning to your job request. Adding on these services can all be arranged by contacting us. 

Payment is requested at the time of the cleaning. 

After the initial visit, we will follow up, asking for your candid feedback on the service. If you ever want to update your service, we'd be happy to make the adjustments on your account, and those changes will be reflected in our work on our next visit.
