We may send one, two, three or sometimes four team members to clean a home. Our goal is to customize the cleaning to meet our client's needs. We will work with you so that you know how many people will be in your home. We respect that your home is private, and the trust you place in us by inviting us into your home.
To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys, clutter or clothing before we arrive. Following through with this requests will help both your family and our team ensure that all of your possessions are in a safe place. We can do a much better job in the time allotted if we can focus on cleaning.
Pets are a part of the family and so we clean up after them as well (not pet waste). During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
We do a free in-home estimate. We work to develop a cleaning plan that's customized to fit your needs. We base our pricing on many factors, including the presence of pet hair, clutter, rooms, time between cleanings and even your lifestyle. Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Most of our valued clients leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter, but we also accept online payments as Zelle or Venmo.
Yes, we do. What we use to clean our space makes it into our bodies. We only use products with certified organic ingredients, which reduces chemicals on surfaces and in your air, keeping your family safe and healthy. We always offer Eco-friendly products when you have kids and/or pets present.
